The CW has once again made changes to their schedule. 4REAL Pawnee featuring Casey Affleck will air this Sunday November 16, 2008 at 5pm on The CW.
If my dvr records it I will get it up as soon as possible.
I also want to thank Faez at 4REAL for keeping me up-to-date on the schedule changes.
I received an email today from 4REAL letting me know about schedule changes.
We just learned yesterday that The CW television network has changed their air schedule.
4REAL Pawnee will premiere on The CW on Sunday October 19 at 5:30pm. 4REAL Pawnee will also air on Sunday October 26 at 5pm and December 7 at 5pm.
So if you were planning on watching or setting your dvr, please note the change. I will also put the schedule on the sidebar.
4REAL will make its U.S. network television premiere on Sunday Oct. 5 on The CW. Two episodes of 4REAL will air back to back starting at 5 p.m (4 p.m. Central) every Sunday.

In Spring 2008, Season One was viewed by millions as it aired across Canada on CTV and MTV and globally in 166 countries and 35 languages on National Geographic Channels International. Season One will also air in Canada this fall on the A Channel as well as on the Travel + Escape channel in early 2009.

In 4REAL Pawnee, Sol Guy takes Casey Affleck to the Pawnee Nation reservation in Oklahoma to meet Native leader Crystal Echo Hawk and her NVision crew. NVision is a collective of Native men and women who use hip hop, popular culture, film and visual and performing arts to create a dialogue with Native youth about ways to realize their vision for success, leadership and well being.
Crystal, a member of the Kitkehaki Band of the Pawnee Nation, works hard to give Native youth hope and opportunity. The Pawnee Nation alone has a 40% unemployment rate and roughly 40% of the population lives below the poverty line.
“You have to show the kids that just because they grew up on a reservation or grew up poor doesn’t mean they cannot pursue their own passions,” Crystal says. “We have to make this investment in our youth now or we will lose who we are.”
Sol and Casey check out the launch of the NVision tour before it travels to Native reservations and cities with urban Native populations. The tour includes workshops, concerts and promoting the message of the importance of leadership, empowerment and cultural pride.
Sol and Casey also witness the challenges of reservation life that are often invisible to mainstream society. They are inspired not only by NVision’s passionate effort to combat despair but by the overall pride and resilience of the Pawnee community.
”The moment I was most moved was when they did that ceremony to welcome me and Sol,” Casey says. “I was just floored. It wasn’t like anything I had expected or had ever experienced before.”

Oxfam Canada is working with Direct Current Media, the shows producers to promote these real heroes and to connect Canadian youth with real ways to make change happen. 4Real will be aired in early 2008 on CTV, MTV Canada and internationally on National Geographic TV.
